The L17 series hand counter has two different modes for keeping counts. It can act as an up counter or down counter.The unit can be reset easily with a press of a button.The unit also has an option to let the user set the display to a specific value.There is also a sound option included in this unit which makes a beeping sound every time you increment (there is an option to turn the sound on and off). Finally, the unit has a locking feature included which can prevent accidentally incrementing or decrementing.
